There are definitely a lot of nasty bugs doing the rounds and we thank you for keeping sick children at home. We have had an average of 30% away each day this week and appreciate that you are helping us to keep our classrooms healthy places to be.
We have had a second Kākano student test positive for covid this morning – the student has not been at school since Monday.
We continue to remind children to sanitise, have classrooms well ventilated and wear masks indoors.
